Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Rom 5:8-10 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. |
As you read these verses on the left here, can you remember a time in your life when you placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your savior?
We are all guilty of sin, and we will all stand before God and be judged one day, and the only way to escape judgement for our sin is to trust Jesus as Savior. He has taken our place on the cross and died and rose from the grave so that we may live forever with Him in eternity. Gods love is so great that despite our opposition to Him (our sin/His Holiness) He made it possible for us to be reconciled to Him through faith in His Son Jesus Christ. If you are being convicted of your sin then God is drawing you to Him and you simply need to look to the cross of Jesus and trust Him as your Savior.
